Great Documentary about the Introduction of Mindfulness to a California Middle School

Room to Breathe is a documentary that follows six classes in a San Francisco school as they introduce mindfulness as a part of their curriculum. The decision to make this radical change came as a result of chronic behavioral issues including bullying and violence. When a trained mindfulness expert comes in, she is met with high levels of resistance and defience. The documentary takes you through her months spent in a school that leads its district in suspensions.
